Please complete and return the enclosed application and submit it by September 1st for Fall Admission and Januray 1st for Spring admission. Your prompt reply will help us plan more effectively for the upcoming activities.
Please include a copy of a current medical form.
Please include a check for $300.00 for the first twelve week session. This rate is subject to change for upcoming sessions.
Please include an active e-mail address that you are able to check for weekly updates and important details regarding upcoming events.
Please sign permission for us to access the first three pages of your child's current IEP through the Special Services Department.
