Welcome back to another school year!

Did you know students who eat breakfast have been shown to perform better in school, have better attendance, and are better able to pay attention in class? Braintree Public Schools offer breakfast every day for only $1.00 (free or $.30 reduced price for those who qualify for free or reduced price lunch)! Check out the breakfast menu to see what's being served for breakfast.

You may prepay for lunch, breakfast and ala carte items if you choose. Please note that the prepayment form that was sent out over the summer did not reflect the 2007-2008 school lunch prices of $2.25 per meal for secondary schools, and $2.00 for elementary schools. If you sent in a payment according to that form, an additional $5.00 will be needed to fully pay for twenty meals, and additional $22.50 for a bi-annual payment, and an additional $45.00 for an annual payment. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

We are serving NEW flavored (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, coffee, 1% white) milks in 10oz plastic containers at the secondary schools. One milk is included with a full meal, and/or can be purchased ala carte for $.75. Assorted flavors of eight ounce milk are available at the elementary level to accompany school meals, or $.50 for ala carte.
