The Highlands School PTO will be publishing a cookbook this Fall and we need your input! Do you have any great recipes to share? Aunt Susie’s apple pie? Your Dad’s lasagna? How about your Great Grandmother’s favorite casserole?

Please send in your favorite recipe or more! Be sure to include your family name and a contact phone number or email address (in case we need to clarify anything) with each recipe. Also identify each recipe as an appetizer, desert, entrée, etc. We would like to include at least 100 recipes – and have about 30 now… so send them in! To ensure printing for holiday delivery, the deadline for recipe submission is Monday, September 28th.
