Attention BHS Parents and Guardians:

As we begin the new school year we encourage all BHS parents
and students to once again utilize the Aspen grading portals to view student
grades, attendance, and contact information.
Students recently received instruction letters regarding grading portal use.
Parents of freshmen and those without active accounts will receive a similar
mailing with user name, password, and instructions to establish an account.
Parents of sophomores, juniors, and seniors will use the same user name and
password as last year. For further assistance on grading portal use, or for
help retrieving user name and password, please refer to the Aspen X2 Portal link
on the BHS GP Village website:

Mid-Term Progress Report Window Dates
First Term: October 5-9, 2015
Second Term: December 7-11, 2015
Third Term: March 7-11, 2016
Fourth Term: May 16-20, 2016

Please note: Paper Progress Reports are no longer issued at Braintree High School. Parents may access their child's current term average (mid-term progress report) through the Parent or Student Portal during the above window dates. If a parent does not have access to the Parent or Student Portal, he or she may contact their child's House Office and request a paper copy of the student's current term averages.

X2 Aspen Grading Portal FAQs:

1) What if I forgot my password?

On the log-in page, please look under the log-in box for "I forgot my password."
Click on this link, follow the directions, and your password will be sent to the
registered e-mail address.

2) What if I forgot my user name?

All user names follow the format "firstname.lastname" So, a student or parent named
Mary Smith would have the user name mary.smith

3) How do I change the e-mail address associated with this
account?

In the upper right hand corner click on "Set Preferences." You will then see a
pop-up box. Choose the security tab at the top and change your e-mail
address.

4) What if my account is disabled?

If you have tried to log-in unsuccessfully five times or more, you have disabled
your account. Please email
bhsaspen@braintreema.gov with
parent name, student name, and student house number. Within 24 hours, we will
reply to the e-mail with a temporary password. You must then log-in within 48
hours and reset your password.
