Braintree Residents: $200 per course

PROGRAM RULES AND REGULATIONS:
• Attendance: For make-up courses and high school credit: No more than 2 absences allowed, regardless of the circumstance. Tardies will be made up with the program director. Family vacations are not an acceptable excuse for absences. Students exceeding 2 absences will be dismissed from the program.
• Homework Policy: All make-up courses will include homework.
• Behavior: As outlined in the Braintree High School Handbook. All school rules will be enforced. Any student dismissed from the program prior to completion for behavior issues will not receive credit for that course.
• Passing grade for students seeking course credit is "C-."
• No transportation provided.
COURSES OFFERED
MIDDLE SCHOOL
(Open to Braintree and Non-Braintree Students) SUMMER SUCCESS PROGRAM: 8:00 a.m.-9:55 a.m.
• THIS IS THE REQUIRED COURSE FOR ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL FAILURES Emphasis of this make-up course will be on study skills, basic grammar, reading comprehension skills, and basic math skills-including pre-algebra- that are vital to success in ALL major subject areas. This program is co-taught; students will divide their time with the two teachers, covering mainly English and Math related topics.
HIGH SCHOOL MAKE-UP COURSES

ENRICHMENT COURSES
(Priority given to Braintree students)
SAT Math 2 WEEKS (July 9-July 20) TIME: 8:00 a.m. -9:55 a.m.
This course prepares students for the Math section of the SAT Reasoning Test. Topics will include Algebra I&II, Geometry, Statistics, Probability and Data Analysis. Students will learn test-taking skills through practice tests and questions. COST: $85/Residents, $100/Non-Residents SAT English 2 WEEKS (July 9-July 20) TIME: 10:05 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
This course prepares students for the Critical Reading and Writing sections of the SAT Reasoning Test. It will provide exposure to reading comprehension, vocabulary, and writing skills highlighted on the new exam, through practice tests and examples of essay prompts. This course will also focus on test-taking skills. COST: $85/Residents, $100/Non-Residents
